I hate how as of late, being able to lock in/concentrate has definitely gotten a harder over time. Thinking of going back to blocking off my instagram and allowing only 30 mins a day on it. Facebook is no longer a problem and I rarely touch it and bsky luckily hasn't even become an issue.
