I’ve recently gotten back into it. In fact I’ve joined a book club! I’ve also rediscovered the joy of soaking in an epsom salt bath for 40 minutes! It comes around again. I guess you can say getting old does usher in some peaceful days. Love and peace to you my friend!

Every time I pop on instagram I find more and more people I know who have lost their home in one of the fires in LA. Robert and I left LA in late July, but our son remains there. He is safe, but wow is it ever hard to be thousands of miles away and know he’s only a few miles from the fire line.

A heartbreaking and unnecessary loss of a beautiful life. I had to undergo this procedure 25 years ago (ironically today -11/25- was my due date) It’s hard to fathom the backward steps we are taking in maternal healthcare and women’s rights.
