This was my background as I huff and puff to a new me!

The San Gabriel Mountains are glowing that deep burnt orange and gold from the setting sun, catching the light on the ridgelines while storm clouds roll overhead. Right in the middle, a vivid rainbow cuts straight down through the sky, landing right at the base of the peaks, colors popping against all that warm orange haze. Rooftops and palm trees line the foreground, a glimpse of the neighborhood below. Dramatic, almost otherworldly sky, that perfect mix of storm light and rainbow you only get for a few fleeting minutes.

Dehydration is real. Was so happy to loose 10lbs but, when I had to drink water to compensate, things changed! So, still a net loss but not as big as I had hoped for! Still not in the nutrition part of my journey yet, that still a few weeks to go, but just in exercise alone loosing weight is hard!

Frack me!!!! It takes about 9 to 10 weeks (66 days on average) for a new behavior to become automatic!!! 7 more weeks of this before I start feeling like is natural!!!!

One of the things I greatly lament is not learning PowerShell scripting when I started this road decades ago! pdftotext is freaking awesome!!!!! Just saved hours a week breaking apart PDF to log ingesting. pdftotext takes minutes to get PDF logs ready!!!!!!!!
