If you have a Switch, Splatoon really prioritizes female characters, to the point people were really surprised when Splatoon 3 introduced a male idol. There aren't many ships, but even characters whose gender is up to the player are canonically represented with their femenine version.

Don't fall for this, please. They're a human-assisted AI now because AI is simply not powerful enough to make a show that doesn't look awful by itself. They don't care about making animation easier for artists, just about making money the quickest and easiest possible. I'm genuinely concerned.

I'm genuinely scared by how accepting people seem to be of this because ''it's helping artists have an easier time''. If we take what we have at face value, I could kind of see why someone would think that, but they will ditch artists the moment the AI is advanced enough to not need assistance.

Disney doesn't care about their artists or audience and they would make a completely AI generated series if we let them and the technology was advance enough. I can 100% understand why you'd feel conflicted, but they're definitely trying to see how far they can go with this to make even more money.

If AI stayed this way and just helped artists create projects without overworking them, I could get why there'd be different takes on it. The issue is this is a Disney show and thy have been doing absolutely scummy things. Even Disney artists have encouraged boycotts (Like Dana Terrace).

Just a heads up, Pocoyo wasn't created by them. I'm from Spain (where Pocoyo is from!) and the original creators had been battling bankruptcy for years. Animaj's website (www.animaj.com) states they bought the ownership to train their AI models. They just took a beloved show and ruined it

It was trained off Pocoyo, since they bought the rights to it. This type of AI is human assisted and people are trying to justify it because of it. It basically takes human-made 3d models and storyboarded animations and turns them into 3d animations. Nightmare inducing.
