Boulder County and the City will be represented in the argument by Kevin Russell of Russell & Woofter LLC. Russell will deliver his argument and take questions from the Justices.

Where are the current Boulder City Councilmembers and Mayor incumbents in the ongoing Next Door discussion of City issues and the upcoming Council/Mayor election?

Comments so far are all by non-incumbents and uniformly bash the incumbents for alleged sins of commission and omission. Are incumbents barred by law or custom from writing in their own defense and critiquing their critics? It's implausible that incumbents uniformly agree with even their most vehement critics. So what's going on?
