A while ago I said I find prison rape jokes absolutely offensive. For 2 reasons: one more pertinent right now. When we joke about something like prison rape, we demean all victims of rape. Bc what you’re saying is that some rape is acceptable. And that allows Cornell to require essays as punishment.
