The one pictured requires a blank cartridge - you're just putting a normal hand grenade in the front, so a normal bullet would destroy or even detonate it. Later purpose-built rifle grenades had holes through them or bullet traps allowing the use of standard rifle cartridges.

If that's milk you've put out for her, it's not good for her as cats are generally lactose intolerant. a little bit on occasion is alright, but best to stick with water most of the time.

any decent pet store should have the proper collars in the cat section, but if you're looking elsewhere/online or not sure, the term you want to look for is "breakaway", and the collar should be easily pulled open by hand. here's to many happy years with her!

oh what a pretty and sweet cat <3 I'll echo the concern about the collar though, make sure it's one that can easily pop open if it gets caught on something so she doesn't get hurt.
