Following the withdrawal of US forces, Iraq’s Counter-Terrorism Service killed two Kurdish teenagers during clashes with ISIS in the Kirkuk region. They later claimed that one of the teenagers was an ISIS member, but that claim was subsequently dismissed by their own spokesperson.
