I just bought Zebra 3 for my Linux DAW. This is the pinnacle of my Linux supersynths. How can anyone reasonably say that music can't be created in Linux, when we have tools like this available to us? #LinuxAudio #Linux #MusicProduction #DAW #Plugins #VST #Music #Audio #CLAP

"Lame Duck" in this particular case, is referring to the change in US congressional balance of power, from favoring Republicans to favoring Democrats, and thus limiting the ability for Trump to pass any laws for his last two years in office.
