so true! it's nice to see people talk about this as well and the video i'm watching is from 4 years ago + the channel's only video www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3Zh...

A screenshot with text that reads, "Given the surfeit of negative images of trans women and the near-total lack of images of trans men, why should we read Sleepaway Camp as transmisogynistic when the film is more accurately read as a trans masculine revenge tale? ... Sleepaway Camp ironically captures the paradoxes of trans male identification in a manner that few narratively trans films accomplish."

> I crossdress cause ppl at the workplace don’t take women seriously > I accept myself now! I won’t deny my femininity anymore! Atlus: “now that you know the truth, you can treat her just like a girl and even try hitting on her!”

A video game screenshot of Persona 4 Golden. The fairly androgynous character Naoto says, “The man is most likely still here in Inaba. I cannot drag you further into this.”
As the player, your response options are:
“I can’t back out now.”
“I gotta help. You’re a girl.”
“Let’s go home together.”

anyway, here we also have a cast of magical girls with supposedly tragic pasts (it can't be any other way for magic dksjd), with flowers as the main visual motif! i love how striking and vibrant the character designs are in all 3 projects, but especially here

An official illustration for the game Mahou Shoujo no Inshuu Mura, it shows the main character with flowers bursting out of her back like wings

the last game project from them for now is 魔法少女ノ因習村 / magical girl taboo(?) village / mahoumura not sure what the official english title would be, i've seen people use taboo in the name but 因習 is more like old traditions that should've been left in the past centuries ago

An image that shows partial posters for the three games: 魔法少女ノ魔女裁判 "manosaba", 魔法少女ノ因習村 "manomura", 配信少女ノ裏垢迷宮 "hanoura"

passed away, AND that one (or more?) of the band members allegedly ended her ass! (bad for me since i really like neon's design and voice, man) so this is a suspect everyone, detective, danganronpa meets girls rock band project, which again is something i really like, i love the death game genre lol

AND THEN two hours after the concert they announced that the vocalist of the group passed away in a hospital. i wasn't following this in realtime, but imo this is a fun way to engage the project followers the official acc also went private a few times

checking the game's and company's official accounts, i stumbled upon their other project - 配信少女ノ裏垢迷宮 / streamer's alt account labyrinth / hanoura, which!! pulled a great stunt by streaming a real-life concert in shibuya with the voice actresses,

problems that only online japanese video game/visual novel nerds will have... so far i've really liked LunaTranslator (super customizable) on Windows and meikipop on the Mac meikipop is even better imo cause it "forces" you to skip furigana and english, and pulls dictionary definitions very swiftly
