I am having a lot of fun with Surface Mining in #EliteDangerous. Right now I am mining a 6 rig Tritium spot, filling up my cargo ship pretty quick. And prepping my carrier for a journey. Is it super engaging? No. But I can chill, do a little bit or reading, programming, while I cycle the miners

I have been playing #EliteDangerous on and off for... 10 years now? Today it's a big milestone of my space adventure. I finally managed to buy a Fleet Carrier! I'm going to use it to explore the black, exobiology and use the new surface mining to get tritium (or mining it the old fashioned way)

Having lots of fun with the new Aliens Fireteam Elite game. The new classes are very fun and the temporary health unlocks having such an outrageous amount of enemies that can surround you without being a direct kill. Hope to see more end game content added and loops. #videogames

Another great #Root night. This time I played the Keepers. For the first time. They are... Something 🤯 I learnt by mistake that you are not supposed to pack up all your camps and relocate... I got stuck with a handful of units and I got eradicated a couple of times 🥲 I'll try them again though

In #EliteDangerous I am somewhere around the Galaxy scanning for flora and bacteria. Sometimes I land on a planet no one ever visited before. Exobiology has been a fun game loop over the years, especially when I need to relax and decompress. I wish it was a bit deeper though, future patch?

Not joking: I think this is a legitimate form of living history for online games. It's like an old-timey pioneer town where people pretend to be blacksmiths. This is a more accurate way to experience what WOW was like 20 years ago than being in an empty server

Amazing game of #Root today! I got to play Otters against cats and birds. Very close last turn. In the end I got lucky as I drew the right Favor and secured the points for the win! Very fun, but I will buy the Partisan deck, as the base deck is too swingy and some of the cards are not great.

There are a couple of games I keep coming back. One is Elite Dangerous. Hands down an amazing and immersive space simulator. Vampire the Masquarade Bloodlines. Flawled jewel. Played more than 15 times now. Will keep playing again and again. Alien Fire Team elite. Dunni why, but I find it cozy.

Panel 9: She looks down at the rest of the outfit as her expression turns somber. "But ...", she continues, "they're a little more REVEALING than what I usually wear. Men harass even ugly girls, y'know."

Panel 10: The cashier smiles and waves at her, walking back towards a clothing rack. He says "That's alright! We can find you something less revealing."

Panel 11: As he sifts through the rack, he continues: "But ... I hope you don't let MEN terrorize you into not wearing what makes YOU feel good."

Panel 12: "Do they ever do that to YOU?" asks the sweatshirt girl, her glasses reflecting the light coming in through the shop window.

Panel 13: "Harass you for dressing the way that you do?", the sweatshirt girl continues. The cashier has his back to her.

Panel 14: We shift the camera back around to face the cashier to see that he now, unbeknownst the the sweatshirt girl, has an uncharacteristically serious, tired, and sad expression.

Panel 15: We go back to the sweatshirt girl's perspective, from which his face is cloaked in darkness. He replies "No idea. It's beneath my notice. Even if they did, it wouldn't bother me. I'm beyond that."

Panel 16: The cashier swings around, holding a new pair of jeans now with his usual radiant smile and sparkling eyes. "Now how 'bout THESE?" he asks.

Another haul for #TravellerRPG 😅 Bought High Guard, Ship Operations and World Builder and I'm focusing on a solo Scout campaign. Really looking forward using the World builder manual next time I jump to another system (right now my characters are exploring a vast abandoned underground base)

Last night I played my first game of Indonesia. It really reminded me of 18xx style games, since your ownership of companies is temporary and you can do manipulation to acquire other people's or get rid of yours. Extremely cutthroat! 😅 Would play again! (I did terribly of course🤣) #boardgames

Nice game of Feya's swamp (I did ABSOLUTELY terribly though 🤣). These kind of games are not my cup of tea. Wayyyy too many things you can try to achieve and my brain goes highware 🫪 Then you lose tempo/engine and you know before half throughout the game that you will lose badly. #boardgames

I was so happy I was ably to play #Root at #PLAYcon today. It's one of my favorite games, but it's so hard to bring on a table. Normally I love to play cats 😾but I love the crows as well 🐦‍⬛ and bring chaos on the board. #boardgames
