I’ve volunteered as a SARA (Sexual Assault Response Advocate and this is 🎯. It’s important to get a SAFE (Sexual Assault Forensic Exam) from a hospital. The SAFE allows you to prosecute down the road when you are ready. Don’t shower or bathe—go straight to the hospital and request a SAFE exam.

Absolutely. People are fed up of 5 yr plans. We need long term planning that actually changes society for the better & doesn’t tinker around the edges. It’s also a great manifesto pledge. If they can show how to fund free social care, I’d definitely vote them back in to implement it.

Like the farmers supporting the right in the US, our farmers were apoplectic when Reeves introduced these inheritance tax changes. Tories were frothing at the mouth. Looks like Reeves was right, this helps stabilise our food production & closes a tax avoidance loophole used by the ultra rich.
