🚲 Big thanks to The Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge for their generous £1,000 grant! The grant went towards buying two electric bikes to help our team get around sustainably (and make the most of this weather!) ☀️ Also a special shout-out to Carlton at Recharge Bikes for the generous discount. 🌱🚴‍♀️

🧵[4/4] This last month - a year after that wonderful person passed - they returned to the garden to place a plaque, reconnect, and remember the love. Care doesn’t stop when the job ends. This story, and others like it, are what relationship-centred care looks like. 💛

🧵[3/4] One beautiful example: a number of people from our Tod Circle and Hebroyd Circles came together to support a wonderful human being. When that person passed away, the team supported each other through the grief. They met with the family, and helped to plant a memorial garden together.
