Since 2025, EAI has lost 13 young individuals living with Down syndrome, all under the age of 25. This sobering reality serves as a critical call to action: access to healthcare, early screening, and societal inclusion must not be a privilege. Let us mobilize to protect,and empower every child.

Last year, Jacques Balolage of EAI led a campaign to educate Deaf girls on gender-based sexual violence. He helped them understand risks, recognize danger, and protect themselves. EAI continues to provide training on consent, protection, and safe relationships.
