"Currently, our stellar universe flows under a single timekeeping system."

"It is devised of 24 months, each with 28 'sols,' which are similar to days of a planet."

Miles, a character from STELLAR (VN), is shown with a list of the 24 months in order:
Sagittarius, Dhanus, Capricornus, Makara, Aquarius, Kumbha, Pisces, Mina, Aries Mesha, Taurus, Rishabha, Gemini, Mithuna, Cancer, Karka, Leo, Simha, Virgo, Kanya, Libra, Tula, Scorpius, & Vrishika.

"However, every 6th month has 27 sols."
Calendar months of Kumbha, Rishabha, and Simha are shown to have 27 sols (days).

"Excluding the 24th month. It will have 28 every Stellar Cycle divisible by 4." (Stellar Cycle = Year)
