Game beaten. Cradily is an amazing and underrated pokémon, I just wish it got leech seed instead of ingrain, but it was an MVP this run. Also Vileplume with the sunny day + clorophyl + sleep powder + solar beam combo was brutal. Poor Tropius however was just an HM mule. This guy needs updated stats.

Doing a quick Emerald playthrough. I love doing monotype challenges because they get me to try pokémon I've never used before while being much more forgiving than nuzlockes. Also, Gen 3 learnsets are BARREN lmao

Triangle attacks are an amazing cheese, I love them.

Did a quick playthrough of vanilla FE7 recently, here are some highlight units. Rebecca dumped her HP stat in exchange for a massive Str blessing. Supporting her with Dart is as fun as always, and he carried this time around. Farina and Priscilla were not as stacked as usual, but still great.

My personal choice is the very next map. Green units you want to keep alive but can die before you can do anything, next to no terrain to play around enemy waves, a recruitable guy among one of these, villages you have to rush to save, and the SLOG of backtracking your entire army back south.

I swear this bird sleeps more during the day than at night. He's still very cute though.

Decided to do my Fire Emblem chart as well. I think I got some good variety in there, which is cool.

I'm still getting him used to my hands, but so far he tolerates eating out of his bowl when I hold it for him.

I never upload pictures of my bird to social media. Should I share more pictures of him? Well, here's two in any case.

I don't usually bother to talk about Pokémon TCGP, but I got really lucky wonder picks the last couple weeks. I went from never having seen god packs to seeing two up for grabs two days in a row (got Charizard and Reuniclus from them), and then getting the Serena and Arceus just a few days later.

May I suggest Yunaka Fire Emblem?

Holy shit I sent a suggestion to the FEH team and they're actually implementing it??? I can't know for sure if it was due to my feedback alone, but I did send in a request about a month or two ago for them to add a filter in skill search for specific recepients of skill inheritance. Amazing change.

Post-refine L!Ninian do be absolutely cracked. I also really like her. This is how I built her and she beats +10 Nidhoggrs in Arena. Good pick tbh.

Screenshot of +10 merge Ice-Dragon Oracle Ninian from FEH with the skills Faithful Breath (refined), Dragon's Dance II, Blue Flame (Eirika ring), Sly Swift Sparrow, Occultist's Strike, Def/Res Menace and Distant Counter (D) sacred seal.

Now 50 € *is* a price I'm willing to pay for a new game like this, and not whatever exorbitant amount Nintendo wants to sell us these things for.

Me holding a new copy of Donkey Kong Bananza for Switch 2.

Not Emblem Corrin but I did do it with Brave Eik's special, which I think is quite on par. This is Spanish text so it should be even longer. Also I always have keywords displayed because god forbid I remember all these increasingly unique and compund effects.

Screenshot from Fire Emblem Heroes displaying Brave Eikthirnir's special skill description while having Emblem Lyn equipped. The text box occupies the entire height of the screen and the font is so small it's hardly readable.

First ever god pack I get since I started playing when the game came out. Shame it's from the pack that has only 4 cards and then one card was a repeat. I would've loved the ☆☆ Eevee or Arceus but these ones are pretty cool.

Screenshot of a pull of 10 packs in Pokémon TCG Pocket, where the 4th pack is a special pack, and it contained 2 copies of ☆☆☆ Pikachu, 1 copy of ☆☆ Lugia, and 1 copy of ☆☆ Lusamine.

The game has decided for me that this is a merge project now. I've never gone out of my way to summon copies lol. I guess I'll save up on codes and feed her the Nel manual when I can. #feh

Brave Corrin from Fire Emblem Heroes at +6 merge with default skills.

Finally. An updated sword I can give to my +10 fully invested Karla. #feh

Screenshot of Karla, Sword Vassal, from Fire Emblem Heroes. Has the skills: Arena Sword+ (Spd refine), Reposition, Gust, D Bonus Doubler, Null C-Avoid, Atk/Spd Faith, Atk/Spd Finish seal, and Tempo Echo.

Been thinking of building this Shez from scratch just for the fun of it, but Trample is only on baby Camilla and I only have 1 copy I'd rather keep. Though he would get Blue Skies as a collateral skill from Baldr anyway. Is it even worth it? It's a big investment for a unit I don't rlly need. #feh

Mock build of summer Shez from Fire Emblem Heroes with the skills Surfer's Spade, Reposition, Celestial Form, Trample, Speedtaker 4, Odd Spd Wave 4, Atk/Spd Clash 3 and Death Blow Echo.

I don't have artsy skills but I do feel like smiling Napstablook represents my current day self pretty well. I've been through rought time but I'm a lot happier with my life now, and Undertale was there for me to tell me things would be better going forward :)

Oh yeah we don't talk about the anime lol. Being poorly animated is one thing, but the direction they took to adapt the routes was abysmal. The mug you have is really pretty, and so is your old art! Here's my Rewrite merch that I found at my local anime convention (please excuse the dust):

Final CYL votes from me. I gave a vote roughly to every MVP I got in each of my playthroughs, although I also wanted to give votes to Chloé, Hortensia, Pandreo and Timerra. Too many good Engage characters and not enough votes. #FEChoose2025 #FEH #FireEmblem

Screenshot of FEH CYL9 votes to Veyle, Yunaka, Diamant, Ivy, Louis, Kagetsu and Engage's Anna.

oh I'm missing Kangaskhan as well lol. It was just today that I wonder picked one of the 4 Kanto mons I was missing to get Mew, and now I'm down to 3. Thankfully that's low enough that opening 5 more packs will let me buy those 3 cards and finally get Mew. Still missing a bunch of regular cards tho.
