Kei pulled out his phone, thumbing to video call and hitting Tobio’s name. The only times Tobio did not answer Kei’s calls were when he was in volleyball practice — Kei had caught Tobio in the middle of all manner of other activities: running, cooking, out with teammates-turned-friends.
