Something within our culture has broken in the last 30-40 years that's caused so many to happen. These events have been normalized by covering every single one nationally with gruesome detail. 100

Then we can just vote to change the scaling constant and minimum threshold as needed. Simpler means more clarity and easier enforcement. Forgive my AI example 130
