Probably just a military doctor kind of thing. He prescribed me a 10mg dose, which is a good bit lower than a regular user of adderall takes (according to him)

I drink at least a gallon of water every day because of my creatine and lifting supplement <3 Honestly I should be drinking even more but I'm 230 pounds and this feels reasonable

Thank you for this! I just received my 10mg dose, and it's XR. I took it around noon after my breakfast. I'll definitely not take it until I've had some food So far I don't feel TOO affected but my work day was oddly productive. It feels like placebo but maybe there's something to it...

Met with my PCM and after everything I said about my potential ADHD, he said "I'm not convinced." With that being said, we're starting me on a mild dose of adderall (10mg) and going to see how it affects me I really really hope this works.

More awareness needs to be available for rsd. It is the most difficult part of my audhd, I can't regulate the emotions, it's painful and mentally draining because no matter how much I arm myself with knowledge and tools, when it triggers, it's the hardest thing to handle. This + demand avoidance.
