Trace for study and stating that it's for study is good and understandable. Credit should be given when using original images. But tracing other people's work to make money, when that's not really themself skill, is it really worth buying?

Enpheta @enpheta.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

When my client commented to demand the work back (because it's his daughter's work), they deleted my client's comment. I've already reported the copyright infringement and am waiting for DA to take action.

Yesterday, this person posted the traced work, continuing to work on it despite the client's cancellation, without my permission and posted it as a commission for an anonymous client. I recognized the work by drawing hair using a brush without understanding the style of the reference image at all.

Enpheta @enpheta.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

A client who used my commission work as a reference hired this person long time ago, about a year ago. When the client realized this person had traced my work from the sketch stage, He immediately canceled the commission and shown me how they sketch.

Lately, I've been feeling fed up with a lot of things happening. DA is still facing the same old problems. I'm feel lucky when I can post something instantly, even though it shouldn't be that way. I felt like I was focusing on one thing too much, and hopefully it will get better over time.
