Publius, you’re stuck on semantics. Think principles. You argue that if a thing can be obtained, it is not truly banned. If that were valid, marijuana is then arguably legal federally. Censorship (and prohibition) can never be fully enforced, but it can make pursuit of freedom more dangerous.
