It’s usually too damn hot and steamy in Florida to enjoy evenings outside but if Labor Day is the coming of fall, then that means we can use the outdoor living room to chill. Finally got the ceiling fans replaced and spent the last two days prepping for chill time.

My backyard pool patio at dark. Pool and spa are lit blue while the porch has purple lighting. Tivoli lights surround the pool cage.

It’s a strange feeling to have all your years of parenting start to manifest itself into your child becoming an independent adult. It’s especially fulfilling when it’s your ADHD kid that’s mastered good coping skills and is really starting to enjoy life.
