I agree, but I don’t think if I I were in his camp I would be stoked about him being placed behind Brogdon, Jrue, Dame, and now Ja. He’s definitely losing a lot of money on his next contract, but that’s for me to worry about. Wherever it is will ride with Scoot

My stance is that this was a horrible trade for the team. Moving off Jerami great, taking an even worse contract that also coincides with when we’ll need to pay Deni, not so great imo

He does what we hypothetically need next to Dame but I do find it challenging to root for him, and agree that trading him at max value may be the right move, plus we could move off a big salary like Grant in the same deal

If we can get a better deal and Tom’s ownership group eats more of the cost that’s great, I just don’t think other cities have been able to achieve that goal recently and it could be a total loss if negotiations really sour.
