Just as I'm recovering from an illness that's kept me from recording/streaming/doing my work for a month, I've been hit with an awful car repair bill. With more bills on the horizon before my usual income sources kick in, I sadly must ask for help.

Beginning to reupload my Tapas works onto Tumblr and Patreon. There's not much, I removed most of my work a long time ago, but what does exist will be uploaded in time. It can be read for free on Tumblr, but Patreon supporters receive downloadable PDF copies. www.patreon.com/EnigmaEmeral...

The new lot I'm assigned to is five minutes from an FLGS and it's doing interesting things to my wallet.

First day at the new lot assignment and damn, this is way better. I get a booth with an AC, I get to sit and read, it's actually quite lovely. I may invest in a new laptop, get some writing done out here.

Very good deep dive, as usual. Perhaps nothing is more accurate to the development of horror games than brushing over P.T. with a, "we don't have time, I'll talk about it later." Now if you'll excuse me, I'm not allowed more than an hour out of my locker until Alien Isolation 2 releases.

Something else I'm learning to improve on, is pointing love to past works after they're out. So. *ahem* HOT LIMIT is hot this year, yeah? While everyone was covering the T.M. Revolution version, I went ahead and covered/remixed the John Desire cover of it. Check it out! 🏖️ youtu.be/LP2v5zpNQvA

🔥 Hot Limit - Odyssey Eurobeat (Cover of John Desire x T.M. Revolution)

WE DRINK RIT— I mean, I covered the beloved eurobeat classic! It's Odyssey Eurobeat's cover of John Desire's cover of T.M. Revolution's summery banger, and while this leans much closer to the John…

I need to replace my boots when I get a chance, these waterproof boots were cheap but kept my feet dry through the stormy season. Still, it's nice to be able to add a personal touch, I'm hoping it'll help keep my spirits up at work.

Apparently the client for the primary lot we subcontract for told my boss today I have to go. I'll be assigned to work at other lots from here, but it looks like I'll probably pick up a second job before the year's out. Which will make creating even harder. I promise I'm working as best I can.

So Flamecraft is a pretty damn fun game! I didn't expect it to be quite as complex as it turned out, but crafting combos for big scoring turns was fun! I scored an even one hundred in the end, putting me on top. That was fun too. 💚

Apparently Pokémon Bank is shutting down Feb. 26th, 2027. It had to happen eventually, but this does complicate the Genlocke. Unless I want to use proxies for all the 3DS games and to get onto the Switch, I have six months to get a Gameboy Player and get to work.

Well that's the most scared I've ever been. Tornado warning and severe storms at my work (near a marina), I literally watched a wave of wind approach down the street and ducked inside, slammed the door and heard the window next to me get shattered.

There's a small part of me that thinks I should upload readings of my writing to YouTube, since I have the equipment and a channel anyway. There's a much bigger part of me that thinks I'll blow my own head open if I have to listen to my voice reading my writing.

It's been close to two years now, but I'm actually writing again. Posting a new chapter of P&C tomorrow, plus updating the first. I need to figure out how to get them off other platforms, they're stuck on Tapas and Tumblr right now. Wonder if I could make a separate site somehow?

A portrait of Dess Holiday from Deltarune done entirely in red, black, and white. She is staring at the camera with a harrowing expression, and the all caps text on her reads, “You’re an angry young woman… aren’t you?”

Might start looking into 3d stuff soon. I've been interested in 3d modeling and animating for a while, but I saw a very interesting artstyle recently that used extruded pixel art to make a 3d image. Very interesting.
