Maintenance came by to replace the sprinkler heads in the apartment. When working on the one in the outdoor storage, they found bees in the corner of the patio. I swear I have looked out the back door many times and I have never seen them. So I think this is a new colony?

Made coffee pudding yesterday. Not as sweet as I would like. Still good though. Whip cream did help. I'm going to add more sugar next time. Unfortunately @pudgypaws.bsky.social does not like coffee, so I don't have a guinea pig to help.

Instant espresso coffee, vanilla, and milk next to a pot with sugar, corn starch and a pinch of salt.

Brining the milk mixture to a boil before adding the instant coffee.

Cover the top with plastic wrap to cool before putting in the fridge to set.
