Our team is enjoying the DiGRA 2026 conference in Maynooth! We presented our work on 'Intersectional pleasures and limits of game cultural participation and belonging in Finland' and are also involved in several other presentations and workshops. Our work is funded by the RCF #SuomenAkatemia.

In our presentation 'Anger and game cultural exclusion,' we discuss this topic based on our survey material on game cultural participation and inclusion in Finland. Anger was not directly communicated in our material, and it was mostly externalised – something encountered in anonymous environments.
