I definitely understand that excitement. And I understand not getting to it right away too. Like when a book I've been excited about comes out and then it is still sitting on my shelf unread three years later 😅

Yeah, that is why I don't even bother with ARCs. Anything that can add stress to one of the things I love most in life just doesn't feel worth it. But sometimes I do get jealous seeing people reading something months ahead of time.
