I had a neuromuscular reset at strain counterstrain therapy yesterday. I felt like I was dying for six hours. better now. i’ve got one hour before I’m making smoothies with a eight and 10-year-old. then Pilates, a facial and then I’m going to come home and sleep until tomorrow.
