New Year's Eve, just before the 9pm fireworks started, Grey-headed Flying Foxes crossed the Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra to go to their roosts in the trees.

The head of the rainbow lorikeet is deep blue with a greenish-yellow nuchal collar, and the rest of the upper parts (wings, back and tail) are green. The chest is orange/yellow. I just got a new laptop with Windows 11. During setup there is a screen to log into your Microsoft account. No way to bypass it or opt out. So I logged into my account (which I have from registering MS Office 2019).
