And how many ambulances and medical transport services AREN'T used by the use of telehealth so they are more available for dire public needs?

I couldn't finish my PhD dissertation in the allowed time b/c of my drunk driver injuries 14 years ago. Now, I can only work part time, I live & care for my 82-year-old mother. I'm on Medicaid; she's on Medicare. Accident took all savings, IRA & lawsuit $. She's only on Social Security. What now?😥😠
