Working on some texture maps and materials this weekend. Perhaps this is the floor to some monster infested volcanic zone? 🌋 Any suggestions for other materials? #3d #gamedesign #3dart

I have finally finished my latest article, and yep - it wandered across many subjects and talking points. At some point I simply had to draw a line under it 😭 But I'm delighted to hit the publish button. Why do these take me so long to write!? Thoughts & feedback welcome! medium.com/@EMScotty/do...

I need there to be more Outer Worlds games in the pipeline. Its too much of an interesting game universe to have just two titles. It's such an artistic game - in audio, visual, costume, comedy - I really love it.

A sneak peak which is probably going to take me far too long 😆 Would be impressed if anyone was familair with the full title of this wonderful piece of media from 1996.

Pixel art. A partial title reveals the word "Zwei" and a wireframe tank on a white background.

@obsidian.net The soundtrack of Outer Worlds 2 is magnificent, admittedly I hoped for more radio songs - is there any likelihood that they would be released as a more comprehensive soundtrack?

A mixture of styles and methods in this messy Earth image 🌍 #pixelart #digitalart.

A pixel art image of the earth in space. The image has a messy, painted quality though still exhibits the limited colour palette of traditional pixelart. The background is black and dark blue gas clouds with twinkling stars.

A tragically low budget celebration for an arbitrary amount but it is, none the less, very much appreciated. I'm delighted by the supportive UX and Art circles that have welcomed me and those who have shown interest in what I produce. Thank you very much 🙏

I'm curious how useful something like this is as a 2D asset to an indie game developer? This set is shown in a single image for presentation purposes, but the original tiles live as individual 32px transparent png files. Is something missing though? Thanks! #pixelart #gamedev
