I might promote my own book a bit, but this deserves attention. I cannot begin to convey how genuinely impressed I was when I first read this book (and ongoing series). Joaquin’s poetic skills in narrative, genuine dialogue, and detailed world building blew me away! Go read it if you haven’t yet!

I believe what she is doing is illegal. You should reach out to an attorney or whatever housing authority your city or state provides and demand utilities be restored. Document everything and ensure to include communications you’ve had with your landlord.
