Halflings have larger appetites than any other creature in my modern setting. Because of this, parasitic slimes are particularly disastrous. Unless he fasts for a week (nearly impossible for a halfling), or consents to surgical removal...hes stuck like this. The slime will eventually multiply and pass eggs through both his G.I. track and his dick, allowing him to infect other people.
