I just unsubbed from a youtube channel I was subscribed to for years, because all his thumbnails suddenly started looking like this.

PlayStation is a completely rotten institution, incapable of delivering their own cynical, sanitized idea of what games should be. They’re a mindless creature, attacking & consuming the industry and should be put down. I look forward to their imminent implosion, good luck w/ PS6, you chucklefucks.

It is wild. Playstation has been my main platform to play videogames on since I was a 4 year old with the PS1, but I do believe the PS5 will by my last Playstation console.

I have used PlayStation my entire life, but this is exactly what I am doing. Physical games were the main reason I stayed. Now it is just the ease of use and maybe the 1-2 exclusives per generation that I still enjoy. If physical games are gone too, I don't see much reason to stay.

WoW has some really cool ideas, but yeah, the actual storytelling is very underwhelming most of the time. Like, I kind of enjoy where certain things are going, but they do it in the most boring or messy way every time.

I genuinely love most of the music of DQ7, 8 and 9. But so much of his music was just not that great, and some of it was just not good at all. What happened with the music of 11 really sucked. Such a blemish on an otherwise amazing game.

I absolutely despise this entire mindset and people like this becoming more common in the ffxiv playerbase is sad

Happy 25th anniversary to Final Fantasy IX. It's my favorite Final Fantasy game of the PS1 era. You can talk at length about the characters, story, music and everything else that makes it so special, but the bottom line is it's an RPG classic everyone should experience!

I don't know, Elder Scrolls games appeal to me in a very different way than BG3 does. They kinda don't compete for me.

[willem dafoe unprompted] now, this cookie monster. [toothy smile] what a creature, what a lust. it consumes him. [crosses legs] he’s really a tragic figure.
