Depending on how it comes out, I use the natural color of the capture, or I mess with the color. Pics with more of a red and blue composition are more of the natural color

I pull the negative out of the plustek device and flip it, turn it ups side, etc, ot just leave it and shake it. That gives me a “double exposure” with different parts of the spectrum.

I’m using silverfast and a plustek opticfilm to scan the negatives, but I think there are other software packages that can do this. There is a multi exposure setting that takes two passes at the photo, capturing half of the spectrum with each pass.

I hated it at first. After Romulus, I was very disgruntled. Once I let go of Earth fitting into the existing Alien universe and accepted it was starting a new one, came to really like it. Problem with Romulus is that it tried and failed to fit into the original universe.
