I guess BG3 will be the one and only game I ever bought from Larian. Who cares about respecting your own fan base (which in large part consist of all kind of creatives) when you can speculate that use of AI will allow you to publish new game like... 1 month faster, aye? 🙃

People confuse personal discomfort or disinterest with subjective morality. Subjective morality with objective morality, and objective morality with legality. It's sad and disturbing, and with the increase of puritan mindset and trouble separating fiction from reality, it will only get worse... 🥲

Emola Wolf @emolawolf.bsky.social · 07/12/2025

However, it's sad to see how much of the fandom is outraged about "lore inaccuracies" when it's so clear games, books and movies exist SEPARATELY. And THANK GOD for that. If movies would try to include everything from games, they would be unwatchable. (+ Most of "game lore" is just GameTheory...)

Emola Wolf @emolawolf.bsky.social · 07/12/2025

Another thing about #FnaF2... It's so interesting to see fandom's reaction to the movies, because it's so easy to tell who's been there since the very beginning and know old fan-lore/theories vs who joined later when more lore has been revealed. Especially when it comes to a specific character...👀

Tbf movie critics/reviewers are one thing, I get that it's their job etc. Other content creators/ randoms that say they didn't like the 1st movie, but went to see 2nd are laughable at best. You have free will and still went to watch a movie you know you won't like OR enjoy just to complain? Insane.

Emola Wolf @emolawolf.bsky.social · 06/12/2025

This is me enjoying the fuck out of #Fnaf2 while ignoring all the negative comments and stupid criticism about the movie. Was it the peak of cinema? No, it wasn't supposed to be. Was it a great movie for a game with basically no explicit plot? Yes. Was it fun for a FnaF nerd? FUCK YES.

I love both of them so much 😭💙 And the idea for Fiddletails is so interesting! I don't think I ever saw someone use fairy/mushroom rings for anything other than portals.

The level of insecurity displayed should be influenced by the setting. It's okay for them to be e.g. wearing skimpy clothes around friends, but oversized ones at work. It's not something that a person thinks about 24/7/365. Every thought about their looks shouldn't be accompanied by "but xyz". 2/2

020

Emola Wolf @emolawolf.bsky.social · 30/10/2025

If I can add something... I feel like a lot of folks tend to overcompensate to try not to fall into "insecure fatty" and accidentally go into "almost narcissistic fatboss" stereotype... It's *okay* for the character to be fat and insecure, just don't make it their defining characteristic. /1

I think atp the best choice for me would be to make something like a telegram or discord server, so I could post my works (art&writing) without having to deal with the general <web user sphere>, but then... For people to be interested in joining, they first have to know somehow I even exist lol...

Every once in a while a strange urge to revive my social media presence and post (semi) regularly crawl its way into my consciousness. But then I think about all the bullshit drama I see almost everyday from the sidelines and I'm just like...

Can't believe I actually found another person who has visual snow! For a long time I blamed astigmatism for the weird "pixel/static-like texture" to my vision. I probably also have tinnitus, though I never was officially diagnosed. I never thought that the two could have some correlation. 🤔

I'm so tired of only ever seeing art of plus sized fem bodies drawn with massive balloon anime tits and no other breast sizes/shapes, there's plus sized ppl with small tiddies too y'all. :v draw more varieties of body type you fuckin' cowards. 🔪🔪🔪

And absolutely no double chin, even if they actually have more realistic body type (bigger stomach, arms etc)... ;;

Emola Wolf @emolawolf.bsky.social · 15/10/2025

Same here, especially when they're the "perky to the point of defying gravity" kind. Like I'm sorry, but unless they're full of silicon/... there's no way that a tit weighting the equivalent of a mid-size dog will look like that. :"D Oh, and of course no stretch marks in sight despite the size.

Artists really can't win, no matter what we do or don't do, especially if they have in any way more simplified or toony style. Some asshat will always come and accuse us of something they simply project onto a piece they didn't even looked on for more than 3 seconds.

020

Emola Wolf @emolawolf.bsky.social · 06/09/2025

People complain about how this is "oversexualization" but let's be honest, any attempt of adding other "grown" features (double chin, stretch marks) immediately makes most people scream how "unsexy" it is and how it's "unrealistic" that anyone but a fetishist would find the character attractive. 🥲

Is this comic a patreon exclusive, or would it be possible to buy it on some other platform (ko-fi, gumroad, etc) as a pdf? I can't have patreon due to where I live, but I would be more than happy to pay to access it in some other way ;u; 💙

I felt like this all my life until I learned I'm almost definitely neurodivergent and everything finally clicked in place. Same with being on aroace and non-binary spectrums. Those realizations didn't help me achieve things I (thought) I wanted, but it did help me be more content with what I have.

Thank you so much for the attack! It looks absolutely lovely! 😭💙 I adore all the little details! I know because of how simple Salem's design is, it's sometimes tricky to find a balance in more elaborate pieces, but you definitely nailed it! 💙💙💙

It's disturbing how nowadays creatives have to ad this kind of disclaimer no matter what they create. Even those in the past or dead aren't free from the paranoia. I'm genuinely scared how far this new wave of moral panic (fueled by putting fiction above reality) will go... 🥲

010

Emola Wolf @emolawolf.bsky.social · 16/04/2025

For anyone wondering, I didn't write it because of anything recent. I just got reminded once again that I made some right decisions in the past. "People can change", yes, but many don't. Believing in this when they're years of proof of no change is not being hopeful, but stupid in a harmful way.

000

Emola Wolf @emolawolf.bsky.social · 16/04/2025

I don't know who needs to read this, but.... If someone who you think of as a friend is friends/in friendly relations with a person who they know did you harm, they are NOT your friend. CUT THEM OUT. They won't be on your side. In fact, they will very likely cause more harm to be done to you.

130

Emola Wolf @emolawolf.bsky.social · 09/03/2025

Damn, seems like it's a common struggle among us neurospicy folks...🤝 Just recently I vented to my friend how it's frustrating that I'm forced to either be sad due to restraining myself from indulging in hyperfixations, or cave and be sad the HF rules my live & mind until the well runs dry again. 🥲

Emoji commissions! Little, quite simple, easy to do and the process is streamlined, because a person only has to give you an oc to draw, tell the chosen emoji and that's it. 👀
