Hey folks, I’m not really sure how to put this, but after years of disagreements with the management side of HM64, me and the 2ship team attempted to peacefully transition away from the HM64 org and discord.

As a result I was banned from the HM64 server, and the current maintainer of SoH is apparently going to be taking over 2ship, rather than the group of people who have been maintaining since it was created 2 years ago.

As such I will no longer be maintaining this AP build, or able to work on 2ship anymore. This is not to invite discussion of drama here, take that up with HM. A moderator is free to lock this thread.

Personally, I'm pretty excited for the game, being a big fan of Ocarina of Time and having had grown up with it. ❤️ If it's somehow bad, well I'll still have the original to keep playing; But I don't expect it to be bad, just different. I'll probably find things to complain about when i play.

One thing that's funny to me is people complaining about how Link looks shiny... when he's either being rained on, or was sitting in a pool of water. IDK not mad at anyone about that. Just made me laugh. Anyway, it's a lose-lose situation either way. That's just gonna come with remake-discourse.

If they went with a safer artistic decision, something like the OoT 3DS style, or perhaps something closer to BOTW, people would have complained that the game looks like a "N64/3DS game" or just "another game that looks like BOTW".

People are free to have their own opinions on Ocarina of Time Remake's art style and direction. The amount of love and hate towards it is expected. My take on it in general though; People would complain regardless of the choice of art direction. Whether it's more "realistic" or if it were cartoony.

Saw a post about the PlayStation ToS in the EU stating they will delete your PSN account if you don't log into it within 3 years. Had to double check it myself. It is definitely there on UK and Sweden ToS, as well as New Zealand. What the fuck?? (Doesn't appear on any of the NA ToS though (yet))
