I will donate to them for the rest of my life. 🙏🏻💛❤️🩹 I helped serve their food one day at my kid’s school. And that is only one place they showed up. So much gratitude. 030

My grandparents farmed & held a caring relationship with land. They grew collards. The ones we planted this year are still going strong. 🥬🥬 060

Reviewing practicums now and amazed at how mindfulness is being integrated into so many different ways of living. It is becoming more & more broad. I wonder how this impacts the value of depth. 020

Perhaps there is something to the Buddhist Wisdom- everyone wants to be happy. When I sense into this, there’s connection. Kids are such reminders. 110
