I love this, Matt. It’s tough to know the line sometimes. Too much “knowledge” in a story can take me out as a reader—I want it to feel real, but too much accurate, researched detail can feel “author-splainy.” Thanks for making me think, as always!

I love this story! Maybe because I cried today over the number of tomatoes that I couldn’t eat because they all ripened at once. I have made myself sick eating tomatoes for every meal this week. Brilliant writing here, Kate, and brilliant concept!
