Hard to believe that was 18 years ago. It was originally recorded with my 2006 Sony Handycam 990x. Then transferred from that to my computer by a DV cable. Now that is called "Recording with a potato" by today's times. I remember it like it was yesterday. Good times for sure!

Here is a throwback picture of Me and bsky.app/profile/spat... at Anthrocon 2011. Hard to believe that this was 15 years ago. My V1 fursuit from Mixed Candy was built in 2007. This November, my fursuit will be 19 years old. Imagine that? One year from 20. The years really go by when you're old. lol

You have to start somewhere. There is like a 1% of 10% of people out there that are 10's. 10's are models and most 10's put a lot of money into themselves to be 10's. What do you think they will look like when they are turning 48? Would you leave them if they go from being a 10 to a 5 from age?

Try chatting with a ladyfur or two at the Furry Hideout on VRChat. Join some furry groups to play games and what not. Sometimes things just click when you are playing games in a group. Just talk with one, like you would talk with anyone else and be yourself when you are talking.

I feel this too. I can't go to Anthrocon this year either. My last furcon was Anthrocon 2017. It's been 9 years but, I can't go out of town and have fun, if things at home are not taken care of first. Otherwise, that would be on my mind the whole time I'm out. And that's not fun to me.

At least we have VRChat as an alternative. I remember a time where we only had Livejournal, Furaffinity and Myspace to interact with friends and other furs. Post Con Depression (PCD) was a real thing, because of the limited time you had at furcons. In VRChat, you can hang out as long as you want.

That nostalgia feeling. Like as if next weeks Anthrocon will actually feel like it's from 1980. That's what it will look like when this is uploaded on YouTube.

The base of my VRChat avatar is a Julia Winterpaw Masc Canine. Two friends of mine did some adjusting in unity with a fox muzzle that was stretched with a canine nose, to give him that rough collie shaped head. The body was also adjusted to look fluffy as rough collies are. Turned out nice I think.

What I plan on using BlueSky for, is for VRChat videos and pictures. Future Fursuit videos and pictures. Not so much of my personal life, but more on my characters is the main focus here. Now for who I am? It's in my bio. Pretty basic, just an average Joe out there, nothing special really.

I'm starting to see many bring late 80's early 90's VHS video camcorders from their grandparents to furcons. Then watching videos from a 4:3 aspect ratio point of view. Must be a weird experience for them, as they can't record in portrait with it. The whole video would be sideways. lol
