SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 11/09/2026what is the point of being sad for a dead fascist anyway like why are there people making him into martyr even though he really isn't 111
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 02/09/2026and now there's a show being released on HBO Max that's reportedly going to be closer to the original books than the movies ever did. is there anything new about this at all? 100
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 20/08/2026this one might be my favorite youtu.be/SbycimGmQw4?... 110
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 20/08/2026kinda of a shame many people don't talk about it but the soundtracks really good 110
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 20/08/2026it's not that well known in the west so that maybe is why not many people heard about it 110
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 14/08/2026for me, it's the mainline Pokemon games. they feel the same to me with the gameplay throughout the years and I don't feel interested in playing any of them. the spinoffs, however, offer something different to me like Pokemon Stadium, PMD, etc that I felt the main series lacked 010
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 06/08/2026sorry about that but I can't get that book out of my mind for more than a minute even if I wanted to 110
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 06/08/2026Spoilers continue: it's revealed that the imaginary friend aka "The Nice Man" was the evil one all along and insighting an apocalypse until he was defeated by the very same kid with the help of others it's that fucking stupid 100
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 06/08/2026it also has a lot of stereotypes despite being claimed to have radical empathy in the book Spoilers for the book btw: some kid named Christopher has a voice that tells him to build a treehouse and it's also in Pennsylvania 100
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 06/08/2026there are reviews on the back of the book singing it's praises featuring one by John Green that states it's a novel "pulsing with radical empathy", which is an absolutely ironic 110
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 06/08/2026a book that I've hated is called Imaginary Friend by Stephen Chbosky, author of The Perks of Being a Wildflower, and might be a contender for the worst book I have ever read and it's also a horror novel 120
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 03/08/2026did he get hit in the balls or something? why does he sound like he's constipated and has to go to the shitter omfg 110

SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 28/07/2026this is one of the articles I found www.theguardian.com/film/2026/ju...theguardian.comChristopher Nolan’s Odyssey used occupied land as a film set. That feels like a betrayal | Mohamed Sleiman LabatThe decision to shoot in Moroccan-occupied Western Sahara, where the Indigenous people can’t tell their stories without fear of imprisonment, helps erase our own brutal journey 110
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 28/07/2026apparently the director filmed a scene from occupied Western Sahara 100
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 27/07/2026and I also watched the NES Godzilla creepypasta recenty 010
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 27/07/2026just got my first Godzilla book from Otto's and got this because it looked interesting to me and I'm maybe starting to get into Godzilla 120
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 24/07/2026i think that people in general idolize their heros so much to the point they see them as people that can do no wrong. so when they do something wrong they feel sad about the person that used to be their hero 120
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 21/07/2026Bluesky doesn't really care about doing anything at that could help the site and instead makes things worst for others 110

SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 11/07/2026at what point do people stop telling you that you're lying about being disabled and how your disability affects you day to day life. at what point do you stop proving people that you are because the problem is that with social media they're seeing snipets of you without seeing the whole person 110
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 10/07/2026it also reminds me of that Junji Ito story called Town Without Streets 030
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 05/07/2026she is literally backstabbing you to the point of no return and for what just so she could feel better about herself 120
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 05/07/2026why is she still using your former pronouns even though you just changed them recently like I don't fucking get it at all 110
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 02/07/2026I don't know what his justification for doing it is 110
SupernovaEmerald @emeraldgalaxy.bsky.social · 18/06/2026I was probably thinking about the same thing with that as well. Sometimes I think they are more puritanical than you are by the way they act 110
