Some #sketches from the last few days. I've been trying to work a lot more on people and better animal anatomy #red #pensketch #artpractice #art

Was feeling a bit more illustrative today. Crazy how much inspiration you can get from music. Song inspo: -My Moon My Man by Feist -Here Come the Cats by Waitress (Yes, one of these is #ATLA fanart because I'm watching through it the first time and have had this stuck in my head) #art #sketch

Some environment practice. I especially like the little mouse 🐁 #pencilsketch #art #artpractice #sketch

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Practice from today (eyes & hands), plus some doodles. Low key let someone get under my skin by giving me unsolicited advice, but oh well 🫠 #sketch #artpractice #pencilsketch #practice #art

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

Turns out my coworker has been keeping some of my random doodles in a tin, so I wanted to redecorate it. Done with pens and colored pencil on a metal tin, and then taped over to prevent smudging .

More sketches today, and more stuff I don't usually draw! #sketch #drawing #artpractice #pencilsketch

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

Actually had some motivation today 🥳 Still mostly random #sketches but I was able to practice things I don't usually draw (bugs and birds mostly). #sketch #pencilsketch #artpractice #art

Just a few #sketches today. Genuinely got so bored that I couldn't think of a whole lot to even sketch 🥲 #pencilsketch #pencil #boredom #artpractice

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

Starting to get into the slow season, so #sketching has been a great way to pass the time 😅 #art #pencil #pencilsketch #sketch #artpractice

Here's another attack from #artfight2026 I forgot to post 😅. I was super happy with how this turned out, especially bc I don't animate often😊 The character owner on Artfight is @mordecry @mordecry.bsky.social

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

I just realized I'm lame and haven't posted any of my artfight attacks 😭 so here's a small art dump! As implied by these being attacks, none of these characters are mine. I tried to tag as many of the character owners as possible. @ariganbari.bsky.social @cheesebatto.bsky.social‬

Some sketches from today on some scrap paper ✏️ Also artfight themes for this year officially dropped! Keep your peepers peeled for artists' cards 🥳

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 11/06/2026

Trying to get back into artfight brain. And with that, I need to work on redoing some ref sheets. Towards that end, here are some practice/warmup sketches of Ginger and Ember #furry #sketch #pencil

010

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

Just some doodles of my girl Ember today (on paper this time)

000

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

Im so bad at consistently posting ;-; Should get better with artfight coming up tho. In the meantime, have some art i drew on my arm bc I'm bored and didn't have paper 😅

000

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 19/03/2026

I have art to post, but it's in my sketchbook which I won't be able to nab for a few days 😭 Have some goofy dino sketches in the meantime (the first one is now an emote in the twitch chat of streamer Mega_Bits 🦕)

From this last #fursuitfriday @ocelotfire.bsky.social Horses are my favorite animal (despite my sona being a fox lol), so this was an absolute pleasure to draw 🥰

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 23/02/2026

Some art for last #fursuitfriday ! Both of these songs and suits are so beautiful I couldn't not draw them 🥰 @sonnystarsaber.bsky.social @chichichimera.bsky.social

Wanted to draw a dragon and came up with this dragon/drake thing. Might do more with this guy in the future.

000

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 13/02/2026

Rough from memory sketch of the Light Dragon from LOZTOTK in my Legend of Zelda planner.

010

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

Forgot to post these glorbos lol. Chillet and Shroomer Noct from Pal World

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 17/01/2026

Not my usual stuff, but i felted a lil' mushroom guy (shroomer from Palworld iykyk)

011

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 17/01/2026

Missed last Friday so we got another double #fursuitfriday sketch! Pretty simple today but i hope they enjoy 😸 @zur-kha-irl.bsky.social @hirothedragon.bsky.social

It is beyond me why people will go out to enjoy nature and then complain about the wildlife. Anyway, totally unrelated, have some squirrel sketches 🐿😸

010

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 07/01/2026

Some of today's sketches. Not entirely sure how I feel about the lioness, but i think for a rough go it turned out OK. For some reason my brain kept showing me a photorealistic spider face every time I would close my eyes, so I did not sleep last night 🥲

010

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 05/01/2026

Just some random sketches today. I might render the fox later. I accidentally drew the dragon with a very "done" expression, which made me think of Navi from Zelda, hence the little guy lol. #traditionalart #sketch #pencil

020

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 03/01/2026

Today's #fursuitfriday art goes to @harrythehornbill.bsky.social !! I struggle a bit with birds so this felt like some good practice (plus their suit is amazing)🪶😊

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 01/01/2026

Being tired and in pain is a great time to practice neutral and negative expressions. Have some sketches

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 01/01/2026

Last drawing of 2025! This is my wicker beast OC. I did intend for her to be a kingbeast, but i know those are supposed to be rare (last I checked). I don't have a set-in-stone name for her, and I don't draw her often, but she is still my child. Again, random supplies at work lol

010

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 30/12/2025

The proportions on this are a bit off, but whatever lol. I am tired and wanted to draw so here ya go 🦊

000

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 25/12/2025

Some more random sketches. I left my supplies at home again 😑

000

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 23/12/2025

I'd LOVE if they added shinx to Pokémon ZA so I can recapture my first ever shiny. I got them all the way to Luxray and their name is Cheese and I miss him 🥲 Just random supplies I had at work today bc I left everything at home

000

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 18/12/2025

Been having a bit of art block so decided to do a bird study. Most are birds I see at work. My favorite of them are probably turkey vultures (hence the dapper gentleman lol)

000

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 13/12/2025

Was looking for someone to draw for #fursuitfriday and found this awesome fox-dragon @covahr.bsky.social ! Their design was super fun to draw 🦊🐉😊

030

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 11/12/2025

Enjoying an autumn day I don't tend to do a lot of "scene" drawings (especially not on pencil/paper), but im pretty happy with this one.

020

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 09/12/2025

Some more portrait perspective practice (mostly lol)

000

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 05/12/2025

Some more sketches and doodles from today and yesterday 🙂

000

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 03/12/2025

Mostly a perspective study on the Frieren challenge (except not with Frieren lol), plus some doodles 😊

000

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 22/11/2025

Some concept sketches I made as fanart for the music artist NoahWolf. They don't seem to have a BlueSky, but they do have a TikTok, and their music is on Spotify!

010

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 10/11/2025

First page of a fresh sketchbook! Plus some TADC fan sketches (Pomni and Jax from memory, so they are a little off lol)

030

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 07/11/2025

Last page of the sketchbook. Gotta fill it with random sketches lol

000

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 07/11/2025

Best way to knock myself out of a panic attack is to draw😊 My emergency coms are open as well! Please check out my bio for how to commission. It would be super helpful

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 25/10/2025

A sketch for the prompt "Drumshow" for #cliquetober and some car art (and the result of using my hand as a palette) for the #twentyonepilots concert! Super excited 😊

Ember Kitsu @emberkitsu.bsky.social · 22/10/2025

I'm tired and bored🫩. Have some old pencil sketches I did during work
