personally (and at least 50% because i don't want my work to immediately become obsolete) i think the broadcast tool built into the site should be styled after the website itself similarly (if not identically to) sendouq season finale

i'd be happy to help you realize this vision by designing scenes for you to create but this and my other works are built natively in OBS with text/colour sources so i can't pass you a file to host on your website

- download google drive folder - clone google sheet template - change sheet app config file to target personal sheet - in obs, relink files and cap card this vaguely should be all. focused on being as easy to use as possible so any random tournament can have good production for low effort/manpower

progress so far. anything missing? open to suggestions. debuting with charas charity tournament 10/17, then release for public use soon after planned: - round robin bracket (64 teams) - (toggleable) auto transition in and out of game i call it the john cogs overlay. i hope it will change the world

The main thing I want people to recognize is that ignoring failure does not protect the players. If anything it’s a detriment to what everyone wants out of being on stream. A good show. Call the lows so the highs are even higher! It’s more fun that way.

which is fair too but from the organizer/broadcast perspective the point is to be objective so to coddle is fail

rephrasing my other reply i think if you are trying to give flowers to a team that i just Watched get Demolished then i will think you are being disingenuous so i will click off

true as well but just thinking about automation does/can it monitor audio too? options to auto clip when exceeding X decibels if it wants to search for good team comms moments too

it's linked to discord connections yeah? being able to assign channels to people for this scanner feature in case they don't have it themselves would also be a godsend (but not display publicly)
