Printed an Ultra Marine bust to start decorating my desk at work and got out the old Citadel paints out to finish him. I was originally thinking about making the busts gold, but I want to color them like the game. After this one I’ll be doing an Orc, Adeptus Custodes and Chaos Marine for a sick set!

Man. Funko Fusion is so bad. I gave it nearly 8 hours but it’s just no fun at all. I was really hoping for a LEGO style game, but this one is charmless and the levels are pretty annoying with unintuitive and non-sensical puzzles. Hard pass for me on this one.

Credits rolled on Suicide Squad Kills the Justice League! I must say, this game was a lot more fun than its reputation would imply. I’m sure I’ll put more time into this one as well as Space Marine II in the post game.

The person they got to mocap Harley is so pretty. I can see how the live service stuff sucks, but ignoring it, this is such a fun game with cutscenes that really have nice production value. It’s a real shame Rocksteady was made to go this route. It’s really a very entertaining game.

This is why I don’t care about reviews and just make my own opinions. Playing Suicide Squad Kills the Justice League has been fun so far. Total Crackdown on the XB360 vibes and there was a scene with King Shark that made me laugh way too ridiculously hard. Just a couple of hours in, so we’ll see.

Man! Just rolled credits on Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II and I don’t think this game could have been any more badass. It’s got me studying lore and I absolutely love this 40K universe. I’m excited to dive into the multiplayer on this.

Meant to post the fully painted Bloodhound’s Fang and totally forgot. Manga and game there for scale.

3D printed and hand painted Bloodhound’s fang sword from the game Elden Ring. It’s about 4 feet long or so end to end. Also pictured for scale is a copy of Elden Ring for PS5 and the first issue of the Elden Ring manga.
The sword has a shiny golden hilt and pommel and a matte black grip to resemble wrapped leather. The curved blade is painted a shiny chrome with painted wear and damage in a copper rust and golden rot.

Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine II is one of those “I would have beaten already if it didn’t look so gorgeous and have a photo mode” games. The aesthetic and sheer badassery of this universe is incredible.
