hellooo! i haven’t posted in forevs, i’ve been spending most of the year healing my broken foot and working, but i’ve gotten some good games in too! 😤 so far my goty is Silent Hill f, followed by South of Midnight. before the end of the year i plan on playing Expedition 33 and Ghost of Yotei! 🙂‍↕️

i have depression, adhd, & cptsd and it is really hard to get out of that funk 🥲 i know it’s easier said than done, but making myself do it helps me to get into a routine. also, you could use an app like Finch or a to do list! marking things off my to do list helps me feel accomplished 😌 much luck❤️

and after you do it enough (for me, it usually takes 2 or 3 weeks to get in the groove), your brain should automatically want you to do your skincare. i know that’s 100% easier said than done, but i had to condition my brain to that routine every morning and it has definitely helped!

you don’t need super expensive skin care! cerave and cetaphil are totally fine options! a cheaper brand i love is Naturium, their cleanser is my fave! i struggle w the same thing and the thing that helps me most is getting into a routine! you gotta force yourself to do it every day, have a set time

the first two months of the year have been great gaming-wise for me! beat Hollow Knight ✅ finally experienced The Last of Us and LOVED IT ✅ finished the cozy Unpacking ✅ and now i’m working through Persona 5 Royal and Sticky Business! playing NieR: Automata w my love, and Outlast w my sister! ❤️

so i am 65% through The Last of Us… i went into the game mostly blind, and i am SO incredibly impressed! ✨ it is as perfect as a game can get. it’s beautiful, so polished, has amazing world building and character writing. i am loving watching joel and ellie’s relationship develop 😌 #thelastofus

i totally understand!! i’m from a conservative family and live in SC and everyone around me is a trumpie. it’s scary and it’s hard and it feels incredibly isolating. we have to be here for each other and our communities, and protect those around us where we can! it feels like that’s all we can do ❤️
