I encourage anyone that sees this to research more if they can. The quality of life of someone with ME is Abysmal. a lot of sufferers are too sick to advocate for themselves. 100

I lay and think about other sufferers past and present that have been locked up in hospitals against their will; being tortured deeper into the depths of their illness with the refusal of medications, feeding tubes, ect 100

Their organs fail .The worst part is when you get to this point you would expect lots of support from doctors but often the opposite happens. 100

This has lead to countless people pushing through leading to a massive decline in their health. 100

Then it all came crashing down and I got worse again, for different reasons every time. it felt inevitable and there was nothing I could do to stop it. It felt like I had to grieve my life again every time. 100

I am in bed all day and night; only leaving when I get pushed to the toilet in my wheelchair or to get my assisted shower once a week. I have times where even talking to my family causes a crash. 100

That lead me to keep pushing through trying to continue life as normal, making my health continue to worsen until I finally got diagnosed. 100
