I don’t know much about churches but I teach at an Anglican school and today the principal emailed us about Bishop Marian and encouraged us to email her to thank her for her courage and clarity. Thankful I’m on the right side!

Yes definitely! I’d like to do a home fit test. I was teaching until recently so relied on good ventilation (I opened up everything) but I taught a lot of Covid +kids and never caught it. Antibodies tested.

I can’t wear them! My hair is tangly so I lose hair in the elastic and my head slopes so the top straps slips down. I really struggle with them. Instead I hack k94s with nose foam and tight ear loops.

Oh yay! Not weird! Hello! I’m here to chat with good people and it’s so wonderful to meet people who are covid safe and vegan! 🌱🥑 It feels like such an obvious crossover but it isn’t that common. Neurodivergence and Covid caution go hand in hand though!

So impressive! I’ve always been a maker. I was a clothing designer and manufacturer for decades, also a textiles teacher and I have a shed full of fabric but now I’m too unwell to sew. Living vicariously here!

I’m frantically trying to warn everyone to no avail. When I was working the other teachers tried to protect me if someone was sick, but never bothered protecting themselves. It’s so exhausting.

Baking takes sooo much energy! I live alone & avoid covid so rarely share meals. The site I got the base from is gone (it was a long time ago) but it was soaked, cooked quinoa blended with Italian spices and spread onto a baking sheet. I think I baked it before adding toppings so it was crispy.

You can do it! I used to make a yummy quinoa base with tahini as a cheese replacement. It was delicious! I recently got rid of my oven and replaced it with a microwave (too sick to cook) so no more pizzas for me.

If you can eat cashews (I can’t) you can make some pretty amazing cheeses. I used to make a soft jalapeño cashew cheese. Depending on where you live you can probably buy them. I use avocado instead as I haven’t eaten cheese for decades.

A slipped disk?! 😳 They’re tripping!! Ouch!! My me/cfs has been atypical. I was mild but had gut problems that would put me into a severe crash for weeks. Unable to walk, crippling fatigue etc. I saw soooo many drs and not one clicked that it was cfs. I feel so mad about it! Thank you for the hug!!

It’s not that easy to find - tho I did just get one from iherb. Decades ago I was given adenosine triphosphate by a naturopath to help sleep - I just remembered it recently.
