It's a concept created/popularized by @prevence.bsky.social. It seems to have taken on a bit of a life of its own, but generally speaking it's a good catalyst for compulsive ass-shaking and butt-bouncing (and also ass expanding. Or everything-else-expanding, really. It tends to vary.)

I quite like the Overwatch gals myself, but they do admittedly tend to dominate the field a bit. There just happen to be a lot of quality rigs of them available for free, on top of their popularity as subjects to begin with, that make them extremely widespread in renders, I think.
