This tofu ‘egg’ salad is almost indistinguishable from the real thing. The secret is mixing in a TBS of pickle juice along with your Vmayo, black salt, mustard & tumeric, then letting it sit in the fridge for an hour to infuse the tofu. The result is eggy perfection. Addicting! #veganfood 🌱

I scarfed down this deconstructed taco & had seconds it was so good! Gardein crumbles fried with onion and one of those classic McCormick taco seasoning packets, and topped with vegan cheese and sour cream and some Tapatia hot sauce with tortilla chips on the side to eat it like a dip. 🌱 #veganfood
