Reading Red Rising for the first time. I'm about 150 pages in so far and I'm already seeing why this series is on so many "Must read" sci-fi lists. But.... Every single time Darrow calls someone "Goodman" my brain immediately does this: #RedRising #AtLa #Aang

Sometimes it's a slow day at work and you've gotta amuse yourself. Sometimes that means hitting the Gainax Stance whilst you use a pallet truck as a scooter

Just finished "Green City Wars" by @aptshadow.bsky.social "Racoon Private Eye, noir detective story set in a Solarpunk dystopia" is a pretty much perfect sales pitch tbh. This needs a 2d animated adaptation if anything. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

A preview of something I've been working on: A little snippet of the song "Matrix Meds" by singer "Orealie", produced, mixed and mastered by myself. The demo version has been played live a few times and the song should be getting its first radio play this weekend. #WIP #Synthwave #NewMusic.#Demo

The "His Dark Materials" Trilogy by Philip Pullman is absolutely one of the things that influenced by own writing style and was easily my favourite series growing up. .....So getting the entire sequel trilogy for thirty quid and then paying that entirely with Waterstones points feels a bit cheeky
